The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), has begun the registration process for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) 2026. Starting January 15, 2026, eligible candidates can apply online for various Diploma, Post-Diploma, and Post-Graduate Diploma courses in Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and Management.
This state-level entrance exam is the gateway to government and private polytechnic institutes across Uttar Pradesh. The last date apply is April 30, 2026. The registration process requires candidates to pay a mandatory application fee, which must be completed through online modes such as Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or UPI. JEECUP 2026 Registration Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility varies based on the course group selected:
- Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 14 years old as of July 1, 2026. There is no upper age limit.
- Educational Qualification: Group A (Engineering): Passed Class 10 with at least 35% marks.
- Group E (Pharmacy): Passed Class 12 with Physics and Chemistry (compulsory) along with Math or Biology.
- PG Diploma (Group G): Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Appearing Candidates: Students appearing for their final exams in 2026 are also eligible to apply.
