New Delhi: The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) is providing MBBS Interns Orientation Program for the batch of 2024. The program for the January 2024 batch will be held from February 1 to February 3, 2024.
The program by JIPMER will be held in the Mini Auditorium, IV Floor at JIPMER Academic Centre. Registration for the program will commence on February 1, 2024, at 8:30 am.
As per the official notification, ‘Full-time attendance and punctuality are mandatory. This program will be treated as an absence if any intern arrives late or fails to attend on any of the days’. The notice also requests the HoD to circulate the information to the interns and permit them to participate in the program.’
JIPMER is also calling candidates for proposals for early-career intramural research grants to the faculty. The late to apply for the scheme is February 29, 2024, by email. It is believed that the scheme will support high-quality, innovative research ideas from the faculty members. Each proposal can have a budget of up to INR 5 Lakhs and 2 years. Major equipment costing more than INR 50,000 or staff are not permitted in the scheme.
