J&K BOPEE has reopened NEET PG 2025 Round 3 registration after the cut-off reduction by NBEMS. Eligible candidates from J&K and Ladakh can apply online at jkbopee.gov.in till January 20, 2026.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (J&K BOPEE) has reopened the NEET PG 2025 Round 3 online registration process for eligible candidates from the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The decision follows the reduction of the minimum qualifying percentile cut-off announced by the NBEMS.

As per the notification, the online registration window will remain open from January 16, 2026, to January 20, 2026. Eligible candidates must complete their registration through the official website www.jkbopee.gov.in.

Candidates who appeared under the All India Quota but belong to the UT of J&K or Ladakh and whose names do not appear in Annexure-A must submit their documents either physically at BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar or via email at helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com by January 19, 2026

The revised cut-off percentile is 7th percentile (103 marks) for General/EWS categories and 0 percentile (-40 marks) for reserved categories, including SC, ST, OBC, RBA, ALC, and IB.
Applicants are required to upload essential documents such as MBBS degree certificate, Medical Council registration, Internship completion certificate, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), NEET PG 2025 scorecard, and NOC for in-service candidates. Candidates from Ladakh must also submit a compulsory service bond undertaking.

J&K BOPEE clarified that candidates who have already registered earlier and whose names appear in the previous notification need not apply again. Failure to register or upload documents by the deadline will result in disqualification from counselling.
