JKBOSE Class 11 Examinations to be Conducted in December; Check Details Here

Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released the exam dates for class 11 on its official website. On October 29, JKBOSE announced that the school-based examination will be conducted for class 11 in the month of December 2020.

JKBOSE Joint Secretary Examination Kashmir, Aejaz Ahmad Haqaq said in a statement that JKBOSE class 11 exams will be held after the completion of JKBOSE class 10 and JKBOSE class 12 examinations.

The reports also suggest that the JKBOSE class 11 examinations will be conducted in the respective schools.

JKBOSE Joint Secretary Examination Kashmir said in this regard, "The examinations will be held in the respective institutions for JKBOSE class 11 students. The staff of the school will be involved in the examination process and the preparation of it is in place."

Earlier, in a meeting JKBOSE ruled out all the possibilities to provide mass promotion to students and said that students will not be granted to any class. After a mutual discussion, it was decided to conduct an annual year examination for students of classes 8, 9 and 11.

As per reports, the JKBOSE class 11 evaluation will also be done by the board itself. All the confidential material like question papers will be provided by the board, thereafter the marking or evaluation including the result preparation will be carried forward by JKBOSE.

The board said that the datesheet will be issued 10 to 20 days before the exams commence. Due to the ongoing pandemic situation, there will be no centre fixation this year.

Few days back, the board also released the datesheet for JKBOSE class 10 and JKBOSE class 12 winter zone exams 2020. As per the datesheet class 10 winter exams will start from November 9 and class 12 exams will begin from November 10, 2020.
