New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has announced that admission to undergraduate courses through J&K Common Entrance Test (JKCET 2023) will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the class 12th board examination.

Candidates are required to submit a copy of their qualifying exam marks card (class 12th) on the official website at jkbopee.gov.in. The JKCET 2023 Marks uploading facility will be open for applicants from June 22 to June 26, 2023 for all registered candidates.

Based on marks secured in the class 12th exam, candidates will be shortlisted for admission to Bachelor of Engineering & Technology Courses in JKCET scores accepting colleges including government, private colleges and institutes of UT and J&K Ladakh.

Steps for Entering/Uploading of 10+2 Marks Card

Candidates can uploading their class 12th scorecard for JKCET 2023 Admission on the official website by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the J&K Common Entrance Test (JKCET 2023) at jkbopee.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the link “CET Engineering” available under the “Online Applications” section on the homepage.

Step 3: Log in to your candidate profile by entering the Application ID, DOB and captcha code.

Step 4: Enter the OPT sent to your registered mobile number and click on the “Edit Form” option available.

Step 5: Upload the 12th class marks card and take a printout of the application form for future reference. 

Informing about the process, the official notice reads, "Counselling for the Bachelor of Engineering & Technology Courses 2023 shall now be held on the basis of the merit secured by the applicants in the qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2 Examination".

"Those who have not uploaded their Qualifying Exam Marks Cards during the submission of their online applications, kindly ensure the uploading of the same and enter their subjectwise marks i.e Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in the respective columns in their online applications available for editing from June 22 to June 26, 2023 (midnight)”, it added.
