Candidates who have received an allotment in this round must complete their admission formalities by 5:30 PM on December 9, 2025, at their allotted colleges.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the Final Stray Round 3 Vacancy allotment result for the AYUSH UGNEET 2025 counselling.
This round marks the last opportunity for candidates who did not secure a seat in earlier rounds of the admission process for undergraduate courses in Ayurveda (BAMS), Homoeopathy (BHMS), and Unani (BUMS) in Karnataka.
A total of 1,679 candidates have been provisionally allotted seats across government and private AYUSH colleges in the state.
The allotment is based on the NEET-UG merit list, filled preferences, and category-wise seat distribution.
Candidates who have received an allotment in this round must complete their admission formalities by 5:30 PM on December 9, 2025, at their allotted colleges. Failure to report within this deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the seat, and the vacancy will remain unfilled for the year.

This final stray vacancy round is open only to those candidates who did not secure any seat in previous rounds of the AYUSH counselling process. The seats offered are those that remained vacant due to non-joining by candidates or were newly added after previous rounds.
Only candidates with no prior seat allotment are eligible to participate, ensuring that the remaining seats go to genuinely unallotted aspirants.
Karnataka AYUSH UG Documents Required
Candidates must carry all original documents, including their NEET scorecard, 10th and 12th marks sheets, domicile and category certificates, for verification at the college.
They must complete all institutional formalities and obtain the final admission endorsement before the deadline.
The KEA has stressed that this is the last round of the AYUSH UGNEET 2025 admission cycle.
No further rounds will be conducted, so candidates must act promptly to secure their admission. Any lapse, whether in documentation, reporting, or fee payment, will lead to permanent disqualification from consideration.
