Important Dates

This table summarizes the key deadlines for registration, verification, and other important events in the Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2024.

Online Registration and Fee Payment

Candidates who now meet the revised percentile criteria are eligible to participate in the mop-up round. To register, candidates must complete the following steps:

• Registration Period: From 6:00 PM on January 15, 2025, to 11:00 AM on January 18, 2025.
• Fee Payment: Complete the payment as part of the online registration process.

Newly eligible candidates who did not register previously can now submit their applications and complete the process online.

Verification of Documents

Once registered, candidates must visit the KEA Bangalore office for verification of their original documents. The document verification process is vital for eligibility to the mop-up round seat allotment.

• Verification Dates: Candidates are required to appear for document verification between January 16 to 18, 2025.
• Documents Required:
  • Original documents (as listed in the NEET-PG 2024 Information Bulletin)
  • Two sets of photocopies of the documents
  • Final printout of the application form
  • NEET-PG 2024 Scorecard
  • Identity card

Candidates should make sure that they present all original required documents with them because failure to do so would debar them from seat allotment.

Physical Disability Candidates

Candidates with physical disabilities who qualify based on the lowered percentile must undergo a medical examination. The examination is scheduled for January 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM at KEA, Bangalore. Candidates must bring the relevant certificates and identity cards.

Mop-Up Round and Important Dates

The mop-up round will be the final opportunity for candidates to secure a seat in the PG Medical courses. Detailed schedules for the mop-up round will be published separately. Key points to note:

• Consequential Vacancies: Vacancies arising due to a candidate’s merit/turn cannot be claimed.
• No More Chances: Last Dates for Registration: January 18, 2025. There is no further seat allotment opportunity after this round.

Important Guidelines

• If they miss the registration and document verification deadline, candidates would not get an opportunity to attend the mop-up round.
• Only candidates eligible and successful through the document verification process will be considered for allotment of a seat.
