Candidates can pay fees and download allotment orders from December 21 to December 26, 2024, and must report to their allotted colleges by December 27, 5:30 PM. Key Instructions for Candidates
For Candidates Allotted Seats
Mandatory Fee Payment:
- Pay the prescribed fees if not already paid.
- Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
Reporting to College:
- Report to the allotted college by December 27, 2024, 5:30 PM with the admission order and required documents.
Cancellation Option:
- Candidates not interested in joining the allotted seat can cancel by paying a penalty of ₹1,50,000 before December 27, 2024.
- Such candidates will not be eligible for further rounds (mop-up or stray vacancy rounds).
For Candidates Not Allotted Seats
- Original documents will be returned upon request.
- The candidate must collect the documents in person from KEA.
Special Note for Pre/Para-Clinical Seat Allottees
Candidates allotted pre- or para-clinical seats may participate in the mop-up round for clinical seats under the following conditions:
- They must not report to the allotted college for pre/para-clinical seats.
- They should pay the fees for the pre/para-clinical seat and wait for mop-up results.
- If a clinical seat is allotted in the mop-up round, they must pay the balance fees and report to the new college.
Candidates who join the pre/para-clinical seat in the allotted college will not be allowed to participate in the mop-up round.
