The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala, has released the first round of stray vacancy allotment for LLM courses for the academic year 2024-25. This allotment includes seats in Government Law Colleges and Private Self-Financing Law Colleges across the state. Candidates can access their allotment details and download relevant documents through the official website:cee.kerala.gov.in.

How to Check KEAM 2024 LLM Allotment Details
- Log in to the “LLM 2024 - Candidate Portal” using your application number and password.
- Click on ‘Allotment Result’ to view the allotment details and download the Allotment Memo.
- Use the ‘Data Sheet’ option to download additional data sheets required for admission.
The Allotment Memo includes:
- Candidate’s name and roll number
- Allotted college
- Tuition fee details
- Deposit information, if applicable
KEAM 2024 LLM Admission Guidelines
Candidates must report to their allotted colleges before January 8, 2025, by 3:00 PM. Ensure you carry the following:
- Allotment Memo
- Original documents as per Clause 19 of the Prospectus
- Required tuition fees (as mentioned in the Allotment Memo)
For fee concessions:
- SC/ST/OEC candidates and other eligible groups, such as children of fishermen or residents of Sree Chitra/Nirbhaya/Juvenile Homes, are exempt from tuition fees.

General Conditions
- Seats allotted in stray vacancy rounds cannot be changed.
- Candidates allotted a seat (regardless of admission status) are ineligible for subsequent allotments.
- Candidates already admitted to a college will not be considered for further stray vacancy rounds.
- Second-round stray vacancy allotments, if needed, will only consider fresh options.
Special Note for SC/ST Candidates
Candidates claiming SC/ST reservations whose caste status is under verification by KIRTADS have been provisionally allotted seats. Their admissions are subject to final caste status confirmation. For assistance, candidates may contact the CEE Helpline at 0471-2525300. This allotment marks a critical phase in securing seats in LLM programs. Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines to avoid losing their allotted seats.
