The MSCE Pune council conducted the examination for the students studying in Class 8 on December 24, 2024.
New Delhi: Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE Pune) has announced the results of Maharashtra National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) on February 7, 2024. Candidates who had appeared for the scholarship exam can check the result through the official website @nmms2024.nmmsmsce.in.

The council conducted the examination for the students studying in Class 8 on December 24, 2024. The official website reads, 'The mark list of (NMMS) examination held on 24/12/2023 published on Councl's website from 7/02/2024.'

As per the notice released, in case of any error in the result, students must fill up the correction application form from their respective schools till February 16, 2024. Amendments sent by any means other than online applications by post, face or email as well as amendments or applications received after the prescribed deadline will not be considered.
Ques. What is NMMS?
Ans. The ‘National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme’ (NMMS) is a scholarship given to meritorious students of economically weaker sections to arrest their drop out at class VIII and encourage them to continue their education at secondary stage. The amount of scholarship is Rs. 12000/- per annum.
Students must note that no changes will be entertained incase of error in student's name, father's name, surname, mother's name, full name.
Following the comprehensive review and incorporation of all amendments, the final shortlist for the scholarship will be promptly announced on the Council's website. However, it is important to note that no changes will be made to the scholarship shortlist once it has been announced
Ques. What is the academic criteria for the NMMS Scholarship?
Ans. Aggregate 40% marks in both subjects is required to pass the said examination. (Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Disability students must score 32% aggregate in both subjects).
