NATA 2025 Application Process Begins: Registration, Important Dates, and Fee Structure

The NATA 2025 application process has started on February 3, 2025, at nata.in, allowing candidates to apply for the exam up to three times. Applicants must complete registration, upload required documents, and pay the fee before deadline.

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2025 application process has officially commenced. Aspiring candidates can now access the NATA 2025 application form online at nata.in from February 3, 2025. However, the final date for submission of applications is yet to be announced. Candidates are advised to complete the registration process before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.

Steps to Register for NATA 2025

Step 1: Registration

Candidates must visit the official website and click on the "NATA 2025 - Registration" tab. To create a login ID and password, they need to provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Unique Password
  • Security Question

Once registered, candidates will receive an email with their application number and password, which must be preserved for future logins.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

Candidates need to log in using their registered credentials and complete the application form by entering personal, academic, and communication details.

Step 3: Uploading Documents

After filling out the application form, candidates must upload scanned copies of the required documents:

Documents must be in black or blue ink and should be uploaded in A4 format.

Step 4: Application Fee Payment

The application fee must be paid online via Net Banking, Credit Card, or ICICI Isure Bank Challan. The fee structure for different categories is as follows:

Application Form Correction Facility

The authorities will provide a correction window to rectify any errors in the submitted application form. Candidates are advised to double-check their details before submission to avoid discrepancies.

Selection of Test Center and Exam Appointment

After registration, candidates must select a test center from the official list. They need to visit the test center to schedule an appointment for the NATA 2025 exam. The appointment voucher must be procured from the test center before appearing for the exam. Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the official website for any updates regarding the final submission date and exam schedule.

NATA Eligibility Criteria 2025

To become eligible for NATA a candidate is required to fulfill a certain set of eligibility conditions. Mentioned below are the predefined criteria set up by COA:

  • Candidates must have obtained 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and also an overall 50% aggregate score at 10+2 level. 
  • Candidates who have passed any 10+3 diploma exam with Mathematics as a subject and scored at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply for the exam.
  • Students appearing in class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible to appear in NATA, however, their result is going to be declared valid after fulfilling the above criteria.  
  • The marks cannot be rounded off, as if the candidate has secured 49.9% marks in his/her qualifying exam then the marks would be counted as 49.9% only.
  • The lower age limit for appearing in NATA has been waived. However, the candidate has to comply with any age constraints that may be specified by the respective Counselling/ Admission Authority.
  • Scores are valid for a period of 12 months i.e. 1 year from the date a candidate appears for NATA exam. 
  • For students of International/ NRI status, NATA 2025 Eligibility remains the same as it is for the Indian nationals. There is no separate set of Eligibility parameters set for international/NRI candidates who want to appear for the exam.
