NBEMS Introduces Time-Bound Sections in NEET PG, NEET MDS, FMGE and Other Exams

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Science (NBEMS) announces mandatory time-bound sections in medical entrance exams like NEET PG and NEET MDS to increase exam security. The new pattern divides the question paper into multiple time-bound sections, requiring candidates to complete each section within the allotted time.

The official notice of NBEMS reads "Such mandatory time-bound sections will be implemented in GPAT 2024, NEET-PG 2024 and all forthcoming computer-based tests conducted by NBEMS. The scheme of examination mentioned in the Information Bulletin of NEET-PG 2024/GPAT 2024 should therefore be read accordingly."

As a result of this, medical students who are preparing to appear for the upcoming NEET PG 2024 exam demand revocation of the revised paper pattern, criticising last-minute changes. They urge the NBE not to treat graduates as "lab rats" with sudden alterations.
