The National Testing Agency (NTA) will display recorded responses and provisional answer keys for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2026 on its official website, exams.nta.nic.in/ncet following the examination scheduled for April 17, 2026.
Candidates who appeared for the test can access their response sheets and challenge the answer keys if they believe any question or answer is incorrect. The response sheets will remain available for two to three days before the final answer key is declared.
The NCET 2026 is a national-level examination conducted by NTA on behalf of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for admission to the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in selected Central/State Universities, IITs, NITs, RIEs, and Government Colleges for the academic session 2026-27.
Qualifying in NCET is mandatory for seeking admission to ITEP, making this examination critical for aspiring teacher educators across India.
