Why Was the NEET PG 2025 Cut-Off Revised?

The cut-off percentile for NEET PG 2025 was revised at the direction of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to ensure better utilisation of vacant seats during the third round of counselling. Due to a large number of unfilled seats after earlier rounds, the authorities decided to lower the qualifying percentile across all categories.

This revision is expected to benefit thousands of candidates who were earlier ineligible, opening up more opportunities for postgraduate medical admissions across the country.
