NEET PG 2025 exam date has been postponed until further notice. NBEMS will release the revised exam date soon on the website. NEET PG exam will be conducted in a single shift to maintain transparency.
National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has postponed the NEET PG 2025 exam. This was done in accordance with the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India’s order dated 30.05.2025. This year, NEET PG 2025 exam will be conducted in a Single Shift. So, the exam is pushed to “arrange for more test centers and required infrastructure”.
Earlier, NEET PG 2025 exam was scheduled to be conducted on June 15, 2025 in 2 shifts. The revised date will be released soon after approval.
“We, accordingly, direct the respondents to make necessary arrangements for holding the NEET-PG 2025, examination in one shift, duly ensuring that complete transparency is maintained and secure centres are identified and commissioned."

NEET PG 2025 Postponed
Now, the NEET PG 2025 exam date is not June 15, 2025. NBEMS needs time to follow the court orders to expand the number of exam centers and meet the required infrastructure. The revised exam date will be shared with the appearing candidates in due course.

Simultaneously, the NEET PG city intimation slip and NEET PG admit card released dates will also be postponed. The advance city slip and admit card will be available for registered candidates on the official website natboard.edu.in.
- Previously, NBEMS was scheduled to release the NEET PG 2025 city intimation slip on June 2, 2025.
- NEET PG 2025 Admit Card was supposed to be available from June 11, 2025.

NEET PG 2025 Exam Pattern
NEET PG 2025 comprises 200 questions divided into 3 parts i.e. Pre Clinical, Para Clinical, and Clinical.
- The exam duration is 3 hours 30 minutes.
- As per the marking scheme, 4 marks are awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer. The total marks for NEET PG 2025 is 800.
