• Withdrawing Seats: Some specific seats that are reported to be filled by certain institutes would be withdrawn from the Round 3 seat matrix. The total seats will not be allotted within the present round.
• Addition of Seats: For Round 3, the seat matrix has added new seats to provide more choices for candidates.

Candidates can now exercise choices for the added seats via the NEET PG Counselling portal before the conclusion of Round 3.

Important Guidelines for Candidates

• Choice Filling: Candidates must ensure that they finalize their choices based on the updated seat matrix.
• Formal Documentation: All the chosen candidates are supposed to report to the allotted colleges along with all documents required and shall complete the admission procedure within the given period.
• Stray Vacancy Rounds: The candidates who get their seats allotted in the Stray Vacancy Round shall not be considered for further seat processing.

• All the participating institutes and colleges need to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Holidays to respect the Counseling Schedule.
• Data of joined candidates must be passed on immediately to MCC for easier processing of their seats in following rounds.
