NEST 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Check the minimum eligibility criteria to register for NEST 2024 mentioned below:

Candidates need to have class 12th or equivalent education with at least 60% marks aggregate from a recognised school board.
For SC and ST category candidates, class 12th with at least 55% marks aggregate from a recognised school board are required to register for NEST 2024.
Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be eligible to appear for NEST 2024.
Only those who have been selected in the NEST 2024 Merit List will be considered for admission to the NEST participating institutes.
