NISER Bhubaneswar Admission 2026

The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar, has invited applications for its prestigious academic programs for the 2026-27 session. As an autonomous institution under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), NISER continues to be a premier destination for advanced scientific research and education in India.

NISER has opened its doors for the PhD (Summer Session), Integrated MSc-PhD, and the specialized MSc in Medical and Radiological Physics (MRP). The PhD program is offered across seven schools, including Biological, Chemical, Computer, Earth & Planetary, Mathematical, Physical, and Humanities & Social Sciences.

For those looking to bridge the gap between undergraduate and doctoral studies, the Integrated MSc-PhD provides a seamless transition with a focus on core research. The MSc in Medical and Radiological Physics, conducted by the Centre for Medical and Radiation Physics (CMRP), is a unique professional course.

It includes two years of coursework followed by a one-year mandatory internship at leading medical institutions like AIIMS Bhubaneswar, preparing students for high-impact careers in cancer treatment and diagnostic imaging.
