NIT Trichy MA English Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Students can go through the below mentioned eligibility criteria before applying to the course:

• Aspiring candidates must have a 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA in BA English/ Linguistics/ ELT exam from any recognized university
• Candidates belonging to the SC/ ST/ PWD category should have a 55% of marks in aggregate or 6 CGPA in the above mentioned subjects
• Candidates pursuing their final year exams / waiting for their results are also eligible to apply. However, they must have maintained completed all the requirements by July 30, 2023
• Successful candidates will then be called for an Interview.

• Candidates will be selected based on their performance in an entrance test to be conducted during the third week of May, 2023.
• The entrance test will be held in line with the GATE, JAM, CUCET followed by a personal interview. 
• Final selection is based on the overall performance

• Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
• Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

• Applicants must also take a print out of the form 
• Hard copy of the application form along with required documents are required to be submitted before May 5, 2022.
