The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the exam day guidelines for the Common University Entrance Test CUET PG 2026. The examination is scheduled to take place between March 6, 2026, and March 27, 2026. To ensure a smooth process, the NTA has advised all candidates to download their admit cards and strictly follow the protocol.

CUET PG 2026 Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme

The NTA has confirmed the following structure for the computer-based test:

CUET PG 2026 Important Exam Day Instructions

  • Timing & Venue: Candidates must reach the exam center at the specific Reporting Time mentioned on their Admit Card. Entry will strictly be prohibited after the Gate Closing Time. It is highly recommended to visit the exam venue one day in advance.
  • Verification for Non-Aadhaar Users: Candidates who did not register using Aadhaar must reach the center at least one hour early for mandatory manual verification.
  • Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry a clear color printout of the Admit Card (A4 size), at least two passport-size photographs, and a valid Original Government Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.).
  • Strict Prohibitions: No electronic devices, mobile phones, or personal belongings are allowed. Centers are equipped with CCTV and Jammers. Any candidate found using unfair means will face permanent debarment.
  • Rough Work: A4 size sheets will be provided for rough work. These must be dropped in the designated box before leaving the room, or the paper may not be evaluated.
  • Health & Special Needs: Diabetic students are permitted to carry sugar tablets, fruits, and a transparent water bottle. PwD/PwBD candidates will receive 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour.
