New Delhi: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) has launched the first edition of the journal Management Practice Insights (MPI). 

The journal has been made accessible to all and aims to provide evidence-based insights to managers and business leaders. Interested persons can explore the free-to-access articles of the MPI journal on the official website, mpibyspjimr.org.

The Management Practice Insights (MPI) Journal by SPJIMR is designed to simplify and translate top-tier research articles into actionable and easy-to-understand insights.

SPJIMR dean Varun Nagaraj said, “In today’s world, MPI looks at rigorously written and tested academic literature and tries to interpret it in a way practitioners can understand and implement.” He is also one of the Executive Editor of MPI.
 

First Edition Released in Two Issues

The first edition of the SPJIMR Journal has been released in two issues. Issue 1 covers innovation, governance, and operational excellence with five essays, while Issue 2 focuses on 'wise innovation' with seven compelling essays. 

MPI director and editor-in-chief Malay Krishna said, “There is a rapid convergence of changes in the overall geopolitical and business environment, and business people need to make sense of these changes as it can change the way they do business. MPI is a resource that meets these needs, bringing cutting-edge research to the table in a form that is easily understood and digestible by the business world.”
