AIMA and St. Stephen's have decided to jointly host conferences, seminars, and symposiums as part of the MoU.

New Delhi: St. Stephen's College has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with All India Management Association (AIMA) to offer short courses in modern management skills. The collaboration has been signed for a period of ten years.
Professor John Varghese, Principal of St. Stephen's College, and Ms. Rekha Sethi, Director General of AIMA were present at the signing ceremony. The MoU was signed on the 68th Foundation Day celebrations of AIMA, which also marks the National Management Day. It aims towards a collaborative development and provision of academic modules, programmes, and training for students, faculty, executives, administrators, and entrepreneurs.

Along with management education, the joint courses would also focus on new age knowledge and skills, including technology, that are relevant to contemporary business and governance.
AIMA and St. Stephen's have decided to jointly host conferences, seminars, and symposiums. Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan, the Education Minister, who attended the event, described the MoU between St. Stephen’s College and AIMA as a significant move towards implementing the National Education Policy (NEP).
Signing the MoU and addressing India’s management leaders, Prof Varghese said, “An institution of eminence is looking for partnerships with all of you symbolized in AIMA, and we hope that this partnership will lead us to a better relationship between academia and industry and a relationship that will give results for India and the world.”
