The registration fee is ₹500 for SC/ST and PH candidates, while candidates belonging to other categories are required to pay ₹900.

The registration process for Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG ECET) 2026 has officially begun for candidates seeking admission through the FDH and B.Sc. (Mathematics) streams. As per the official schedule, Candidates can apply without a late fee until April 18, 2026.

For those who miss the initial deadline, the authorities have provided multiple late-fee windows. Applications can be submitted with a late fee of ₹500 till April 24, 2026, ₹1,000 till April 29, 2026, ₹2,500 till May 4, 2026, ₹5,000 till May 8, 2026, and ₹10,000 till May 12, 2026.

The edit option for submitted online applications will be available from May 1 to May 5, 2026, enabling candidates to correct any errors in their forms. The hall tickets for TG ECET 2026 will be available for download from May 9, 2026.

The TG ECET 2026 examination is scheduled for May 15, 2026. The examination will be held in a single session from 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

The TG ECET 2026 is conducted for Diploma holders and B.Sc. (Mathematics) degree candidates, officially designated as TG ECET [FDH & B.Sc. (Mathematics)] – 2026. The examination will be conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad, on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TCHE) for the academic year 2026–27.
