Important Instructions for Allotted Candidates

Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round-2 must follow the guidelines outlined by the DME to complete their admission process.

Reporting at DME Office:

Allotted candidates are required to report to the Office of DME, Agartala, on December 24, 2024, with the following documents:

• Allotment letter (to be downloaded from the counselling website)
• Relevant documents
• Service bond
• Four passport-sized photographs

Nomination Collection:

Candidates must collect their nomination from the Office of DME between 3:00 PM on December 24, 2024, and 5:00 PM on December 27, 2024.

Reporting at Admitting Institution:

After obtaining the nomination, candidates should report to their allotted admitting institution between December 24, 2024, and December 28, 2024 for physical verification of original documents and completion of admission formalities.

Key Dates and Deadlines

Surrender and Participation in Round-3

Candidates who wish to participate in Round-3 counselling with forfeiture of their security deposit must adhere to the following:

Eligible Candidates:

• Candidates freshly allotted a seat but not joined.
• Candidates upgraded from Round-1 but did not join.
• Candidates who joined and then resigned/surrendered the seat.

Application for Round-3 Counselling:

Interested candidates must submit an application to the DME office before December 31, 2024.

Security Deposit:

Candidates who opt to participate in Round-3 will forfeit their security deposit.

Important Guidelines and Conditions

• Submission of Documents: Any candidate found submitting false, incomplete, or fabricated documents will have their allotment, nomination, or admission cancelled, even after admission is granted.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes related to the provisional allotment result of Round-2 will fall under the jurisdiction of Agartala, Tripura.
