Instructions for Candidates

• Choice Filling: Candidates must fill in all their desired choices, irrespective of the published seat matrix. Choices from previous rounds (Round 1 and Round 2) will not be considered.
• Seat Upgradation: If a candidate is upgraded in Round 3, the previously allotted seat in Round 1 or Round 2 (if any) will be automatically cancelled.
• Admission Confirmation: Candidates must check the allotted institution’s website for details regarding admission and other formalities.
• Non-Joining Consequences: If a candidate is allotted a seat in Round 3 and fails to join, their security deposit will be forfeited, and they will be barred from further counselling rounds.
• Upgradation & Resignation Restriction: Candidates who accept a seat in Round 3 cannot upgrade or resign from the seat later.
