Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Launched MoE-AICTE Investor Network

New Delhi: Union Minister for Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship has launched an MoE AICTE Investory Netwok that will bring students, investors, faculty and the market on one platform to strengthen the culture of innovation and address the issues of funding in start-ups. 

From idea generation to successful graduation, the MoE AICTE Investory Network will strengthen the all-round support ecosystem for innovators. 

The Union Minister said, “In sync with the vision of National Education Policy 2020, this initiative towards catalyzing the start-up landscape will take a step ahead to fulfill Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of making our country ‘numero uno’ in innovation and skill development.” 

About 50 investors and industry leaders from a large number of sectors attend the launch to establish networking opportunities and catalyze partnerships. The Union Education Minister encourages the partners and mentors to invest their time and potential in ideas coming out of the classrooms of the schools and HEIs. 

Pradhan also highlighted the importance of the dreams of the nation to realize the goal of Viksit Bharat 2047. Chairman of AICTE, Prof TG Sitharam said "The collaboration between investors and innovators is an important aspect of driving innovation, that forecasts entrepreneurship, and brings new ideas into existence”.

The investors should hold an interactive session with the Union Minister and exchange visionary ideas and gain valuable insights into the future of education and innovation, he added.
