UP NEET AYUSH UG Counseling 2024: Round 3 Allotment List Released, Document Verification Schedule Announced

The Department of AYUSH, Uttar Pradesh, has announced the release of the Round 3 allotment list for the UP AYUSH UG Counseling 2024. Candidates who participated in the Uttar Pradesh AYUSH UG counseling process for round 3 can now check the allotment list on the official website, upayushcounseling.upsdc.gov.in. The list provides detailed information for each candidate, including roll number, name, father’s name, NEET marks, rank, domicile, and All India Quota (AIQ) status. Candidates must report to their allotted institutes by November 11 and 12, 2024.

Document Verification Schedule

Candidates who qualified in round 3 are required to attend the document verification process, scheduled as follows:

• Dates: November 11 and 12, 2024
• Location: Government National Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Heinemann Square, Gomtinagar, Lucknow
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Document verification is divided into two categories based on NEET ranks:

1. November 11 - Candidates with NEET ranks from 29,208 to 750,000
2. November 12 - Candidates with ranks from 750,001 to 1,389,350, along with any remaining candidates from earlier ranks who could not attend on the first day.

Required Documents for Verification

Candidates must present both original and self-attested photocopies of the following documents:

1. NEET UG 2024 Admit Card
2. NEET UG 2024 Re-revised Scorecard
3. High School and Intermediate Exam Admit Cards (if available)
4. High School and Intermediate Mark Sheets and Certificates
5. Residence Certificate (issued by the competent authority)
6. Reservation Claim Certificates, if applicable, in the UP state-prescribed format
7. Valid OBC or EWS certificate, issued on or after April 1, 2024
8. Passport-size photograph (matching the photo uploaded in the NEET UG 2024 exam)
9. Valid ID (Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, or equivalent)
10. Proof of online registration and fee payment for counseling

For candidates already admitted to an institution in earlier rounds, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previously allotted institution is mandatory. Candidates must present this NOC and proof of original document submission at the nodal center in Lucknow. Failure to provide the original documents at the time of admission may result in cancellation of the seat allotment. Candidates are urged to ensure all documents are in order, as incomplete documentation could affect admission status.
