Admission to the undergraduate program at Usha Martin University Ranchi requires a candidate to have passed 10+2 with at least 45% marks from any recognized board and to have a valid score in the CUET entrance test.

For a postgraduate program, a candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with at least a 45% marks, depending on the program you choose, and should have a valid score in the national exams (for the required program) or the CUET entrance exam.

Usha Martin University Scholarships

The University offers domicile-based scholarships and merit-based scholarships to students. Candidates who have a domicile of Jharkhand and are enrolled in any programme will be given 10%.

• 30% for all male students enrolled in any programme and having more than 80% marks in their qualifying examination.
• 20% for all male students enrolled in any programme and having marks in the range 70-80% in their qualifying examination.
• All female students having more than 70% marks in their qualifying examination will be entitled to get 30% scholarship. However, if a girl student gets marks between 60%-70%, she will get 20% scholarship.
