The Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in Bengaluru has come up with a great initiative to make certain pre-clinical and para-clinical MD/MS courses popular among the students of medical education. For the academic year 2024-25, the institution has decided not to take any tuition fees from the candidates allotted through counselling by KEA, both under government and private quotas.
The goal of the initiative is to motivate young practitioners to go for branches.
Centres Providing 100% Fee Waiver
The following MD/MS subjects have been brought on board the fee waiver initiative:
- MS – Anatomy (3 seats)
- MD – Biochemistry (4 seats)
- MD – Physiology (3 seats)
- MD – Community Medicine (3 seats)
- MD – Forensic Medicine (3 seats)
- MD – Microbiology (3 seats)
- MD – Pharmacology (4 seats)
Successful candidates for these courses are not going to pay any tuition costs. This resolution shows how the Vydehi Institute stands to improve education and deal with the deficits in the supply of pre-clinical and para-clinical specialists.
