WBJEE 2023 OMR Response Sheets Released; Raise Objection till May 20

New Delhi: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Images and Machine Read Response Sheets for WBJEE 2023. Candidates can check their response sheets on the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in.

As per WBJEEB, candidates who are not satisfied with the captured response can raise objections against the OMR Response Sheets released for WBJEE 2023 and request for review by submitting their applications by May 20, 2023 (latest by 4:00 PM).

To download the response sheets, applicants need to log in to their candidate portal using their login credentials. In addition to this, to raise objections, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 500/- per response to be reviewed.

Steps to Challenge WBJEE OMR Response Sheets 2023

Step 1: Visit the official website of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) at wbjeeb.nic.in.

Step 2: Log in to your candidate profile by entering the details as required.

Step 3: Access and review your OMR images and machine-read responses carefully and download the same for future reference.

Step 4: Submit a claim for review of the response sheet by filling out the application form. 

Step 5: Pay a non-refundable processing fee of INR 500/- per response to be reviewed using net banking, debit card, or credit card.

Step 6: Click on submit and keep a copy of the fee receipt for future reference.

Applicants are advised to ensure the successful fee payment, as applications submitted for review without the required fee will not be considered. In case of any concerns regarding the process, candidates can reach out to the WBJEEB authority via email at wbjeeb@gmail.com.

WBJEEB will not consider any challenges or requests for correction after the mentioned deadline. After reviewing the claims submitted by applications, the board will make the final decision to review answers. The calculated scores and ranks will be determined accordingly.
