The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced the commencement of the online application process for the WBJEE 2026. Starting today, March 10th, 2026, eligible candidates can apply for admission into undergraduate courses in Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and Architecture at various universities and colleges across West Bengal.

The application window will remain open until April 5th, 2026. Candidates are advised to complete their registration and fee payment on the official website before the deadline. Following the registration period, the board will provide a correction window from April 7th, 2026, to April 9th, 2026, for applicants to modify their details and download a revised confirmation page.

The official entrance examination is scheduled to take place on May 24th, 2026. Registered students can download their admit cards starting from May 15th, 2026, until the afternoon of the exam date. The examination will be conducted in two shifts: Paper-I (Mathematics) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Paper-II (Physics & Chemistry) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has established a tiered fee structure for WBJEE 2026, which varies based on the candidate's category and gender. For General category applicants, the fee is set at ₹500 for Males, 400 for Females, and 300 for Third Gender candidates. For those belonging to SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, EWS, PwD, or TFW categories, the application fee is ₹400 for Males, 300 for Females, and 200 for Third Gender candidates.

All payments must be processed online via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or QR Code, and the authorized banks will not impose any additional service charges for these transactions.

The entrance test will be conducted in two shifts on May 24. Paper-I (Mathematics) will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by Paper-II (Physics & Chemistry) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The Board will provide a short window for registered candidates to correct certain details in their application forms and download a revised confirmation page.
