XIM University is inviting applications for full-time and part-time PhD programs. Interested candidates can apply online by February 28, 2026, through the official website (xim.edu.in).
XIM University offers doctoral programs in various departments, including Management, Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Sustainability, Human Settlements, Governance and Public Affairs, Commerce, Communications, Computer Science & Engineering, and Law.
The doctoral program is for a minimum duration of 3-years and a maximum duration of 6-years following doctoral registration.
The minimum eligibility a candidate must have is a Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% of marks from a recognised university. However, 5% relaxation is given to the candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories.
The selection process for the PhD program at XIM University is based on academic records and a Statement of Purpose (SOP). Shortlisted candidates have to appear for the XIM Research Aptitude Test (XRAT), followed by a research presentation and personal interviews. Candidates who have qualified in UGC NET-JRF, UGC-NET will directly take part in the next process.
The PhD Part-Time program fee is INR 1 Lakh per year, and a refundable deposit (one-time) of INR 8,000. However, for a full-time PhD program, fees have not been disclosed yet, and a refundable deposit (one -time) of INR 20,000.

The University will provide scholarships to the full-time scholars; the deserving ones will be granted INR 30,000 per month upon joining the program.
