XIM University UG and PG Admission: Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for UG Programs

Candidates must have passed class XII (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Final year +2 students, who are expecting their results during 2025, can also apply.

Eligibility for PG Programs

A Bachelor’s degree of at least three years from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks is required. Final-year students who anticipate completing their degree requirements, including final exams, by June 30, 2025, are also eligible to apply.

Before starting the application, ensure the following documents are ready:

Passport-sized photo (JPEG, 200x250 pixels, max 50 KB)
Scanned signature (JPEG, 200x250 pixels, max 50 KB)
Bank details for online payment

Steps to Apply

New User: Register to get your XU ID/Login credentials via email.
Existing User: Log in using your credentials, complete your personal and academic details, select programs, upload photo & signature, and submit.
Pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway (Rs. 1500 for one program, Rs. 300 for each additional program).

Once the form is submitted and payment is successful, an email confirmation will be sent.

XIM University UG and PG Admission: Selection Process

Admission is based on merit, determined by class 10 and 12 academic performance and a personal interview. The university may modify the selection criteria to attract top students.

XIM University UG and PG Admission: Scholarship Details

Merit-based Scholarship: Students with 90% or above in their +2 exams are eligible for a 30% scholarship on their course/tuition fees. This scholarship continues if the student maintains a CGPA of 8.5 or higher in subsequent years.
Scholarships for SC, ST, Economically Backward, and Minority Students: Three students per program each year will receive a 30% scholarship on course/tuition fees for the first year.
Topper Scholarship: The highest scorer in each program at the end of the year will receive a 30% scholarship on course/tuition fees.
