I’d personally lean towards LPU for B.Tech in Civil Engineering due to its strong faculty support with a 1:4 ratio and a solid curriculum that prepares you well for government jobs, which is a big plus. The campus life seems vibrant with lots of resources and clubs to engage in, plus the internship opportunities at companies like Accenture can really boost your career. GEU's B.Tech in Computer Science has its merits too, especially with the faculty being friendly and approachable, but the overall infrastructure and placement stats at LPU, where 80% of students get placed with decent packages, make it a more appealing choice for me. If you're more into tech and software, GEU might fit better, but if you're looking for stability and growth in civil engineering, LPU is the way to go.

LPU's B.Tech in Civil Engineering is a strong contender if you're looking for solid government job prospects and a friendly faculty ratio of 1:4, plus good internship opportunities with companies like Accenture. However, GEU's B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering may offer a better ROI considering the tech industry's growth and the potential for higher packages, though the faculty ratio is slightly higher at 1:10. LPU also offers significant scholarships, which can reduce the overall cost, making it a better financial choice for some. If you're set on civil engineering and prefer government jobs, LPU is ideal; if you're leaning towards tech and higher salary potential, GEU might be the smarter pick.

Honestly, both LPU for B.Tech in Civil Engineering and GEU for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering have their pros and cons, but if we’re looking at placements and career outcomes, LPU might have the edge for a few reasons. LPU has a solid placement record with around 80% of students getting placed, and companies like Tata and Accenture actively recruit there, offering packages up to 15 lakhs. Plus, the availability of internships with good stipends makes it attractive. On the other hand, while GEU has a good faculty-student ratio and a decent curriculum, it seems to lack the same level of industry connections and placement opportunities as LPU. If you’re leaning towards civil engineering and government job prospects, LPU is a promising choice; however, if you’re passionate about tech and software, GEU could be suitable for you.
