AIIMS Delhi clearly stands out when you compare it to KGMU for MBBS. The fees at AIIMS are ridiculously low at around Rs.5,856 for five years, while KGMU's fees can be significantly higher, impacting the overall financial burden. With AIIMS, you also get a top-notch curriculum, extensive clinical exposure from the 5th year, and a generous stipend of Rs.30,000 during your internship, giving you excellent ROI. Plus, the campus life and faculty credentials at AIIMS are hard to beat. If you can get into AIIMS Delhi, it's definitely a smarter financial choice, especially if you're serious about a career in medicine. KGMU might be a decent option if you live nearby and prefer a different environment, but for the best value for money, AIIMS is the clear winner.

Going for MBBS at AIIMS Delhi over KGMU is a solid decision if you're aiming for top-notch clinical exposure and career prospects. AIIMS Delhi not only offers a comprehensive curriculum with early clinical involvement but also provides the highest stipend for interns in the country, around 30,000, which is a big plus. While KGMU has its strengths, AIIMS Delhi's reputation means better job placements and opportunities for further studies due to its faculty and resources.

If you're serious about a strong medical career and can handle the rigorous environment, AIIMS Delhi is definitely worth the fees. Choose KGMU if you prefer a more balanced lifestyle with potentially less pressure.

AIIMS Delhi clearly stands out with its top-notch curriculum that focuses heavily on clinical exposure from the second year, while KGMU, though a solid institution, doesn't quite match the same level of hands-on training and faculty expertise. The campus life at AIIMS is vibrant, featuring Asia's biggest med fest and a plethora of clubs, while KGMU might not offer the same diversity in extracurricular activities. Faculty-wise, AIIMS boasts a better student-to-teacher ratio, which enhances the learning experience. Personally, I would choose AIIMS Delhi for its rigorous training and unparalleled resources, especially if you’re aiming for a career in medicine where exposure matters most. KGMU is a decent choice for those who may prioritize a lower fee structure and a different campus vibe, but for serious medical aspirants, AIIMS is definitely worth the investment.

KGMU was established in 1905 and became fully operational in 1911, giving it a legacy of over 110 years. It is located in the heart of UP, i.e., Lucknow. It ranks 11th in the NIRF ranking with a score of 61.68.

Now, let's talk about AIIMS Delhi. Located in the heart of the nation, NCR, it has consistently ranked first in the NIRF rankings for several years, boasting an impressive score of 91.60. The institute has the privilege of many FIRSTS in the medical field in our country. It began functioning in 1956, so it has a legacy of over 65 years.

For general category admissions, AIIMS Delhi typically closes around the 50s in rank. In contrast, KGMU for general category through AIQ closes at about 1500–1600.

So, here's the deal: KGMU has its own legacy and stands firm in the field of Indian medicine. It holds its ground against any other AIIMS or GMCs. However, AIIMS Delhi represents the pinnacle of Indian medicine. It is a giant in this regard and holds no comparison to any other college.

While personal views on which is better may vary, AIIMS Delhi is undoubtedly the best among all.
