Remarks
I will give it 7 out of 10. As I mentioned before there are many facilities, good teachers, good faculty. The only problem may be college road, which is below average. But thankfully there is an auto and toto facility.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college is affiliated with Makaut. So they are following makaut exam Structure. There is a total of eight semesters. There is also a unit test twice per semester, those marks are added to internal marks. There is also a lab exam for each semester.
Placement Experience
Their placements and job opportunities are fantastic. I got a job in TCS. Our students get job on boat,tcs,wipro,mindtree, capzemini, cognizant,intel etc. Some company offers internship and give stipend. Who got a job in intel got their stipend and internship.
College Events
There is an annual fest. Everyone is participated and enjoyed the event. There is also an inter-departmental fest. There is also many sports event. Those are football, cricket, kabaddi, etc. So hang tight yourself and be ready for the exciting events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is moderate. There is also WBFS ( west Bengal freeship scheme ) for poor talented students. I have also got WBFS. So there is no issue. For WBFS you have to pay 1000 per semester. They will not force you for money, these things are very flexible.
Fees and Financial Aid
WBFS (WEST BENGAL FREESHIP SCHEME). This is a really helpful thing for poor talented students. You can also pay via an education loan. For a bank loan, you have to pay a draft. For WBFS the same thing is applicable.
Campus Life
This college is so chilled. There is not very much strictness. you can easily balance your study and non-study life. There is a TABLE TENNIS and CARROM game on the ground floor. There is also many events where you can sing, act, dance. The lab facility is very well maintained and good. The teachers are so friendly.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, seniors are very helpful. For every event, they worked very hard to make it successful. Alumni is very creative and helpful. You can spend there some quality time. So be ready for a wonderful journey.
Admission
You have to appear wbjee or all India joint entrance examinations to enter the college. I got 15000 ranks. As per the rank, I fill up the online form in which college I want to study and I got my 3rd choice Netaji Subhash Engineering College in counseling.
Faculty
They are really good and helpful. If you are behaving well with them they will treat you as your child. They will help you with any kind of problem. And the most important thing is they also give a lecture with the projector.
