Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum has now been updated according to the new standards as has all the necessary technical subjects aimed to bridge the gap between industry and academia. The exam structure is quite good which consists of internals and semester exam.
Placement Experience
The placements and job opportunities are quite good if you are searching a job in the IT sector. Jobs for developer and sales profile with high stipends are regular in the campus. Some top companies also recruit from our college on a regular basis.
College Events
There are many events in our college be it technical, cultural, social or literary mainly held during the even semesters every year. EDGE, Anakronos, Filanthropia and Eclectica are the events respectively.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite modest and feasible but it increases ever year. The fees is regulated by the university MAKAUT under which the college fall. Every semester the fees is around 45,000 which adds upto 4,00,000 in total for four years.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college does not provide any scholarship or loan facility but you avail such facilities very easily by contacting to different banks and as the college has a very good reputation so you would easily get it.
Campus Life
The labs are properly maintained and there is enough room for sports activities, cricket and football being the main ones. Annual tournaments take place where students participate in huge numbers and win exciting prizes.
Hostel Facilities
There are no such accomodation facilities here and students need to find their own residences. PGs and Rented Flats very easily available near the college with all the necessary facilties at a very modest rate.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is very good as the students are mostly placed in reputed organisations and MNCs and yes they are very helpful in nature and easily approachable as well which makes juniors easy to communicate with them.
Admission
Through WBJEE which is the state exam for entrance into engineering colleges. Then the counselling process began which was in three phases and then were alloted a seat in a particular college according to our rank.
Faculty
The college comprises of a very good faculty having immense knowledge in their particular fields of study. Helpful in nature and modest in conducts are the additional features the teachers have in them.
