If u ask about positive remarks then I would like to mention the college infrastructure the social life are very good. College campus is specious and full of tress and garden so it makes feel good. There is facility of digital library which is also good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very good and semester exam is taken very fairly. Before semester final exam two class test are taken by respective faculty for each subject. And practical exam and semester exam is taken by college itself.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities varied according to your respective branch. For computer science, information technology, electronics, food technology and bio technology it was approx 90 to 95 %. But for Mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering and electrical it was very poor and was approx 15-20%.
College Events
There is so many cultural and technical fest that happen every year in my college. First event that I celebrated was fresher party by seniors. Rivera is celebrated every year as a cultural fest and Prayukti as a technical fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I think fee of this college is feasible with respect to facility they provide. Lodging charge for hostel are only 1200 per month and tuition charge is approx 38k to 40k per semester. Total course fee for 4 year course will be approx 5 lacks.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is provision of scholarship for adadimically good student.If you got above 9 point in respectively two semester exam then you can get 100% scholarship in next semester exam.And you cal get education loan from any bank very easily.
Campus Life
Labs facility are very good. You will have to perform all the experiment according to your curriculum. Every lab are full of good and working instruments. There are football, cricket, bedminton, basketball and volleyball ground inside the campus. There is also facility of indoor game inside the hostel building.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is good. Every year alumni meet event is celebrated by college authority. Seniors are become very helpful when you got into your respective department. But if you're in first year then seniors may be little bit annoying.
Admission
On the basis of counseling through wbjee rank. After counseling I got Haldia institute of technology on the basis of my rank after that I had to report to the college for admission process with first year fee of college and admission charge.
Faculty
Faculty of this college is well experience and highly qualified.They are very helpful and enthusiastic. Minimum qualifications of every faculty was M.tech.Most of them was from IIT's and good scorer in GATE.
