Remarks

My college is one of the best and pretty famous in terms of quality and education and also has really good allumini’s and also the best infrastructure, the location is pretty good and easy to commute.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is vital and also organised the exam structure is pretty good as it gives you a option to manage time and study wisely as it’s a semester type exam, and also this college is one of the best and make sure that I have me time and also sufficient time to study.

Placement Experience

Yes this college definately gives you an option to go forward and live your dreams by giving you placement options and drives at the college, Yes a letter from the college faculty helps to get good internship where the stipend per week may vary from 4-6 K, That’s pretty cool.

College Events

Delhi university feat, Ted talks and in-house competition, the best time of the year begins when it’s september-october I really like the part where we celebrate festivals at college and also cheer with friends like family, The faculty takes suggestion from everyone to make every event a better and a successful event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is pretty feasible it’s only 2.5k approx per semester and that’s damn good for me, And also pretty easy to others who are shifting from other cities the library has the vast diversity in terms of books and everyone can save money by borrowing the books related to subject instead of buying them.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a good option available to get scholarships on the overall fees and that motivates students like me, I feel sad that I could not be a part of this but this is the best motivational and inspiration part by the college, and acts like the cheese for the mice.

Campus Life

The labs are perfect, The lobby and the play area is good too. The coach for football is amazing and supportive the teams are made that way, That they are competitive in a positive way and also always motivated.

Started with form submission waited for the merit list, My name wasn’t here in the first one but I got my name in the second merit list, then proceeded meeting and documents submission and got admitted and had best time of my life

Faculty

The faculty of the college is supportive and also experienced, the teachers and the staff is courteous and polite, And always happy to help, I would like to thank everyone who took an initiative to make me a proud alumini.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
