Remarks
College management is very good. As they are not stubborn about change. They always welcome new ideas. They encourage students. If some decision might be helpful for students in the future then they don't hesitate. They take that decision. They learn from past experience and try to give good quality education to their students so that they can become good engineers.
Course Curriculum Overview
All courses provided in the college are advanced. The courses and curriculum are always designed based on current industry requirements. Also, we used to get assignments and mini-projects so we got the opportunity to get hands-on experience on these latest technologies and explore new domains.
Placement Experience
I think for final year students college is having 2 options like they want to do an internship in the industry then they can do in their semester and if some students want to prepare for higher education then they can do their preparation for GATE/GRE, TOEFL. Also, our college provides some foreign language courses like Japanese, german. The college arranges some training for students so that they can get an experience of the mock interviews so that while placement they can't feel stressed or anxious.
College Events
Various events from all departments are conducted like technosphere, Vastu, virangula. I mean cultural, technical events are organized and students from different colleges also participate in these events. Various idea competitions, poster presentation events would be organized. Various days are celebrated on the campus.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As I got admission through TFWS my college fees were around 10k per year. I live nearby so I was traveling via public transportation which cost me around 600-900 per month. For the first year, we had some library deposit but I can't remember the exact amount but that was approximately about 4-5k.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I was a top scorer in MHT-CET, I filled the form for the application by choosing option of TFWS. I got admit by that scheme.
Campus Life
There are various clubs in RIT like a cultural club named Nautanki where students participate in various state levels, regional level plays and drama competitions. Similarly, college is having sports clubs, robotics lab, some social work-related groups are there. There are various teams that work for racing car competitions. So many more things are on the campus students need to explore their interest and join the respective clubs.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are always encouraging juniors to explore new thins. They always help juniors if they face some challenges while completion of projects. Even alumni use to visit the college and introduce their juniors about booming technologies in the market which helps students to focus on their area of interest.
Admission
There are a total of 3 rounds for admission. My name was in the first round list. As I was a top scorer in MHT-CET. I applied via the TFWS option. I got admission via TFWS(Tuition Fee Waiver Student) scheme. So that I suppose to pay only 10k as one-year fees. For the TFWS scheme, there are terms and conditions about your parent's income.was
