My College

I think this is one of the best engineering college in kerala that you could ever get. The institution has a history longing back to 1952 and its quality has never been compromised. It serves the students with highly qualified and experienced teachers along with most modern labs , hostels and all other facilities.

On the year 2015 when i joined a new university was introduced namely KTU combining all other different universities that was there untill to improve the engineering value. The syllabus was vast and the exam structure was so tight. The portions to be studies was very high compared to other universities that previously existed in kerala.

The placements are good here for branches except civil and mechanical. All other branches have pretty decent placements and the institute doesnt provide any kind of internship. But on the other hand institute offers internship outsides

All most all the major events are celebrated without any hesitation. All the important events are celebrated fruitfully and with no problems. All festivals like onam, holi ,Christmas etc are all celebrated without any delay.

The fees are feasible. The students getting admissions through merit are only need to pay a sum of rupees 8000 per semester and additional expenses during sem registration and all.whereas management students need to pay a wholesome amount of 3-5 lakhs

Many scholarships are being awarded to students based on their caste. Poor students are exempted from fee payment. The scholarships are like e grantz , fee waver etc. I was a oec student and was exempted from fee payment for all the 4 years

All kind of extracurricular activities are being promoted here. Ground and courts for various grounds are of good quality. Football coaching offered here is of the best and badminton courts are best. The labs are of good quality and well maintained with modern instruments

The hostel in our institution are excellent as i would say. The infrastructure is of high quality with standard room and very well food being served. Non veg items are being served daily with an affordable rate

The alumni of our college is very strong. The have influential alumni all over the nation and are very much helping minded. They work towards the better ongoing and improvement of the institution and offers a helping hand to those who are needy within our institution and as well as for charity.

Initially i wrote the KEAM entrance examination and got good rank.Baswd in the rank i selected the best colleges for allotment and on the first allotment itself i got my college which is the second best college in kerala and for the second allotment also i got here only. So after the second allotment i joined this college

All the faculties are well experienced and qualified. Most of them have done their mtech and phd from iits with even gold medals. They all are ready ti help eith academic as well as non academic activities all the time
