The college provides both basic btech degree as well as post graduation. Apart from studies the college supports the students in various sports. The college conducts various classes from experts to enrich the student's knowledge , personality etc. They also conduct value added program.

Course includes both practical skills and theoretical skills. The studying curriculum and portions are prepared by KTU(Kerala Technological University).There are 8 semesters and during each semester there are 2 internal exam, assignments and lab exam. If our internal marks are eligible for writing university exam we will get the hall ticket for each subject. If our marks are not satisfy minimum mark for a subject we are not allowed to write that exam.

Placements are offered by certain companies like TCS , wipro etc so many students got job by placements. There is a placement cell in the college. Internship are done by students outside college. The college sometimes allot certain companies for doing internship. I was alloted to a municipality for doing a certain job and daily i got 200 rupees stipend.

The college celebrates so many days. The cultural fest prayag includes so many programs and help the studenta in the college to show their talents. The technical fest astral includes so many technological innovations and programs. The expos coducted by each department shows various exhibits prepared by students. Various inter college tournaments are also conducted.

The fees structure is alloted by government. The college collects some extra fees for additional courses they offers. The merit students who got good rank in KEAM exam have scholarship. The merit students have affordable fees. The management and nri seat is little expensive.

If reservation are there there are scholarship. The students who good good marks in keam will get scholarship. If students from poor family take admission the college helps the students by giving some consideration in fees.

The university provides various games. Oru college is in the first position in volleyball in the KTU university. The college helps the students to take part in various games. Last year the individual champion the university is also from our college. Lab facility is excellent and help to apply theories we studied to apply in real world. The college encouragea students to take part in activities conducted by various other colleges.

Senior students helps the junior's in studying and in various other activities. Seniors help us to choose elective subjects. They give their notes to us to prepare. Alumini help us to make important decisions regarding jobs higher studies etc.

After completing higher secondory education there is a entrance exam called KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical). After writing keam exam the authority publishes merit list. The government has catogorised varioua college according to the rank frm keam. My rank satisfies with the condition of college that's how i got admission.
