Remarks
Submission should be lenient as they are never submitted to university. It should be online submission than in writing. Positive remarks are many as it is one of the most imminent college in Maharashtra. It is known to be the biggest college when compared in actual college Area. Big Campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is good as it teaches more practical base studies. You get to know every aspect of engineering. You benefit in your future endeavors. The exam consist of 1 insem of 30 marks and the endsem of 70 marks for each semester. Complete Engineering consist of 8 semesters.
Placement Experience
Placement is average as mass recruitment is more than core companies. Yes ,our college does offer internship but they have a criteria of 6 months for it. You either get stipend if offered from good we'll know company or else you get only experience letter.
College Events
Sinhgad Karandak is well known and biggest ever event in Pune. Many technical events like Tectonic, Meteor are also arranged. Manu seminar for different fields are also regularly arranged where imminent speakers are called.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is feasible, our college also offers scholarship for backward students. Comparing other colleges in Pune the fee structure here is good it is less expensive. Excess unnecessary fees are not applied.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are provided for fee structure as well as different international competition. I had represented my college with a team to US , all expenses were bared by college which is a big thing and motivated us for success.
Campus Life
Sinhgad is biggest name when it comes to extra-curricular activities and sports. It is best. Complete college is supportive for these activities and also provide all required equipment, funding for the same. Labs are well maintained and also get many grants.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very strong as they are invited for seminar as speaker to share experience and also guide students for upcoming endeavors. Senior students are helpful and also help in project work. Seniors lead us in a way so that we can easily overcome difficulties.
Admission
We had MH- CET which is official university entrance exam in Maharashtra. After exam Merit list was published and we had to opt for 30 colleges. From that list on the basis of my marks i got alotment at Sinhgad College of Engineering. Then we had to submit the documents at the college and pay the admission fee.
Faculty
Faculties ate really good and supporting. They teach you in a way you understand practically and make use of it in future. They all support in every extra-curricular activities. There teaching style is more practical than theory base.
