Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is bit different compared to other universities,there will be internals and externals,in internals there will be 3 quizes which is for 10 mark each,they reduce the total quiz marks to 20 and 2 periodical tests will be there for 50 they reduce total periodical test marks into 30, so the total marks for internals is 50 and then one end sem external will be there for 100 which will be reduced to 50 and at last they combine internal and external marks for 100.
Placement Experience
100% placements, nearly 300 companies comes to hire the people, salary package also will be managable. Yes, our college provides internships, stipend will be given to merit students. They will give us training for placements from 3 sem itself.
College Events
Many events will celebrated in our college,both technical and non technical events will be there Technical events: Aarohan, Maths day, Science day, Engineers day, Robotics events, Non technical events, Kalakriti(freshers day), Kaalangalil (college day), Dance day, Festivals.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible, hostel fee and college fee will be different according to branch you take college fee will differ slightly. Hostel fee with mess -Rs 1,00,000. College fee-nearly Rs 3,00,000. According to the CGPA you get college will reduce your fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, loan facility is available in our college, scholarships will be given according to the CGPA you get, scholarships will also be given to the people who participate in sports and win at state level or national level.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure and facilities are good, 4 mem for each room ,no ac rooms are available, electricity will be there for 24 hrs,WIFI facility will be there, indoor games will be available. We have to clean our rooms by ourselves, in summer water problems will be there, food will be average.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students will be very friendly with us,no ragging will be there,amrita school of engineering is a ragging free campus, seniors suggest us how to read, how to adapt ourselves to the college environment, alumini network suggest us about placements, Mtech, MBA, MS colleges.
Admission
I applied for the amrita school of engineering entrance examination. They conduct exam in both offline and online based on the marks you got in entrance examination they give ranks. They will call for counselling according to your rank and your choice you can adopt the branch, in the same way I got admission.
Faculty
Excellent qualified faculty, the way they teach is very different and approachable to each and every student. They teach us to our level and even they are very with us. They give us counseling if we are low.
