College review

Our college second cleanest campus in india. By this we can say that how interest it is showing on cleanliness we can understand. I think our college should encourage us to do more projects and establish facilities to complete our project. And i think our college should have outdoor stadium.

Our course curriculum is some what tough. Because in all subjects we have to maintain 75 percentage. If any subject have less than 75 percentage subject wise con-donation or detention will be there. Coming to our exam structure we have two internal mid examinations, lab internals, lab externals and semester end examinations. The pattern of mid examinations is there are five two marks questions and six long answer questions in which we have to write three questions only. Semester end examinations pattern is there are six two marks questions and eight long answer questions in which we have to write four long answer questions only.

Placements and job opportunities are good. Our career development center (cdc) is working to bring more companies to our college. Our college provides one month summer internship after the completion of second year b.tech. And also in final year of b.tech there is a six months full semester internship. The students who are interested to go to full semester internship they can go for it. If college provides any internship, for that company there is no stipend. If we apply personally through internshala for that companies stipend will be there.

There are many events celebrated in our college. For example, stepcone, freshers day, annual day, sports day, yoga day and so on. Stepcone is an event which is conducted for three days. On the first two days workshops, events and cultural's will be conducted. On the third day prizes will be given for the winners of the events.

Our college fee is very expensive which is one of the highest fee of engineering colleges in our state. Since there is a help from government for the poor there is 35000 rupees concession in the fee. And the fee is also should paid at a time only. If not hall tickets will not be issued for the semester end examinations.

I do not know any scholarships offered by our college. The person who is topper of the two semester end examinations of that particular year he/she will be awarded 10000 rupees. And the people who got eamcet rank below 10000 their college fee is 10000 rupees only. But this scheme is all over the engineering colleges in our state.

Our college gives much importance to sports. Our college will send players to other colleges and win awards also. Coming to labs it will be very strict. If we answer viva questions then only they send us to do experiments. And extra and co-curricular activities are also a part of curriculum.

No, i have not opted for hostel. I have listened from my hostel friends that infrastructure is very good and the facilities are also good. But food is sometimes not good. At that time they will give complaint to the a.o sir and hostel warden. Overall hostel facilities and infrastructure is good.

Yes, our seniors are very helpful to us. They give us suggestion in doing a projects, placements and also they explain practical knowledge to us. They are very close to us and behave like our friends. And our seniors network is similar to my friends network only. They tell us how to be with faculty and how to talk how to impress faculty all they told us.

I got admission through eamcet exam conducted by our state government. In that exam i got 21265th rank. And the admission process is we have to qualify in that eamcet exam and we have opt for the branch in which we are interested in the different engineering colleges in our state. Based on the availabilty of seats college management will give admission and the seats are allocated by caste reservation and eamcet rank. They consider both caste and rank.

In our college some of the faculties are professors and assistant professors. And my faculties are very good at delivering the classes, presentations and board usage. They are very close with us. When we ask any doubts without any hesitation they will clear our doubts. Some of our faculty are student favor. They give us suggestions in doing projects and other activities.
