Remarks

The social life enjoyed in the college is very good and lots of good memories are formed every day.the infrastructure especially the physical department and the labs are top notch. As for negatives, the attendance demanded is quite high and students are made to suffer for marks especially by the electrical department professors.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum consists of 6 papers and 2 labs each semester.in the year of study we should design a project which is to be reviewed by the professors.A final year project and seminar is also mandatory. The exam structure consists of two parts sessional and final exam marks.Marks upto 50 out of a total 150 is given as sessional. The rest out of the 100 is obtained from the final semester exam.

Placement Experience

4

The placements and job opportunities are good inthe college.the year 2019 hasnt been a good year for the mechanical engineering department due to global recession and the crash of automobile sector. However IT companies recruited a large number of students with an average ctc of 4 lakhs. Interships are provided in the college but internships for non it sectors are rare.

College Events

4.5

Several events are celebrated each year.the freshers day in the name of Disha is organised in the college where department vice competition takes place among the first uear students. The main technical fest in the name of Drishti takes place around november. The main arts festival in the name of Dhwani is also celebrated in the even semester.Besides the three there are also several other events occuring in the college, both technical and sports/cultural.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college only admits the students based on merit through entrance examination. All the students need only pay a yearly fee below 15k.The fees structure enables all students to enjoy education without having to spend a lot.Definitely feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships for minorities in the name of e grants are provided by the government. The college is funded by thestate government.I am not from the minority section so i havent recieved any scholarships.

Campus Life

4

Indoor gym is provided for all students irrespective of gender.Besides this there are indoor basketball, badminton, table tennis courts for the students to nurture their physiqueA large playground for cricket, football ,softball etc is also available.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni netwirk of the college is strong and very active.Alumni talks are held in the college at leat once every month.A separate club named Cetaaconnect ensures student alumni interaction. They are very helpful for guidance as well as for placements.

Admission

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance. The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies. The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
