Name of exam : KEAM score: 445.76 gect is the 3rd best college in kerala. besides it is in my home town and hence makes traveling easier. It also offered the course which i wanted to study.

There are 8 semesters which divides the syllabus in a systematic manner. The labs and practicals are also organised in a similar manner. The faculty is outstanding im our college. They have a vast amount of knowledge and handa on experience from working at various institutions.

Our college does not provide internship as such a system is not introduced in our course.

We have excellent placement records every year out of the 500 students that appear almost 350 of them get placed every year. Companies like tcs, oracle, musigma, infosys, bpcl are some of the major companies that come for campus selection. Most of these companies offer a salary package of more than 3.5 lakhs.

Dyuthi: the national level multifest which is conducted every year attracts students from all over the country. They offer prize money worth a million. It lasts for three days which is concluded by dyuthi nite which is performed by some of the biggest names in the musical .

Fee structure is very low as it as government college. b tech students pay an yearly fee of 5800.The hostel fee is also very affordable. the room rent is 250. the mess bill comes around rs 100 a day.

I have not received any scholarship nor have any knowledge about them.

The college has an outstanding campus with an area of 75 acres complete with a cricket and football ground as well as a multi purpose court. There is also an auditorium where numerous activities take place. the college has dance club called dhd, music club, ideator which is the innovation club, oasis pain and palliative care unit, Technical workshops are organised by the college and ideator club. The gender ratio is almost equal with equal consideration to both sex. robotics workshops are organised during the tech fest dyuthi and received excellent response.

We have an alumni group in college which conducts classes and seminars on placements and life after colleg. They also provide financial assistance to the college and contributes to the various programmes in the college
