My college

The course curriculum is very good. I opt for mechanical engineering. The exam structure is based on the KTU syllabus. It is a university that is established four years ago. The college is well known over the state and country.

Yes our college is well known for its placements and job opertunitie. From the third year onwards various companies visit our college for recruitment. Almost all the well known companies visit our college every year. Also there are various scholarship provided by the college for poor and intelligent students.

The main events of our college are our cultural and technical events named dhrishti and dhwani. Students and auidence from all over the country visit our college for these events. Also it is one of the most prestigious programs conducted by our college.

As our college is a government college there are no monthly fees we need to pay. The only fees we need to pay is the exam fees and sem registration fees that we have to pay to the university. The only fees that college demand are hostel fee and bus fee to those who need that.

The college provide a lot of scholarship for the needy. Many scholarships are provided by the assosiation, management and alumni. Most of them are based on the annual income level. Also college grand all the loans.

The college have all the facilities like labs, sports etc. for all the departments. They are of international standards and most of the lab equipments are rare. They are highy expensive. As our college has about 80 years of service most items are england made.

No as I am a day scholar I didn't use any hostel facility but a really good hostel facility is there in our college. The rate is around 3500 per month including food. The only problem there is not every one of the college get a room there. Most of them need to take hostel outside college.

The alumni network is really high as we have around 80 years of service. Due to such a high number of alumni we have connection with people all around the world which gives us a good placement. Due to their influence the job matters get much more easy and good selectivity. Also the seniors are really helpful.

I got admission from the kerala entrance examination (KEAM) rank list. The rank is decided by adding both entrance mark and +2 mark. After 1 month of exam result will be published and I got enough rank to get admission there. After getting admission we need to provide our educational and identificatio proofs. Also our rank list. They will check it and approve our admission.

The faculties are well qualified and helpful. They are really helpful in most of our studies and research works. The faculties of our college are really good in their core areas and that also provide our college a very good reputation.
