Honest Review

Our college is really small compared to all other engineering college. It is the smallest of all. I truly hope it could be made smore more bigger. This doesn't mean that I suggested that their should be more building to accommodate students. It simply means that apart from class rooms student should have place to sit and chat, regardless of their department or even year in which they study.

Most of which is outdated, while some others look upon the future. The time limit to know a subject is less, most of the time it is hardly 2 months. Even with a subject, the topics shall not be interrelated.

No, our college doesn't provide internships for BTech students. However, there is a placement drive for last year's students of B Tech as well as M Tech students. Various companies come up and fetch students for employment.

Various events are happening at our college. Most of the time, the events start when a new union comes up. Later on, it is followed by the Onam celebration, fresher day, college-level youth festival, and many others. Of all the events that happen at the college, our techno-cultural festival- Aagneya.

It's according to the government regulation and it is less when compared to the fee that is being in private engineering college. Also, there is a fee reduction for students in SC/ST and economically backward students.

Egrandz is scholarship that is being granted to most students who are economically backward. There are also other scholarship that is being allotted to the students of our college. Various other organizations also provide scholarship. This is a state government scholarship.

There is a good technical lab for student to use. Even when there isn't a ground to practice with in the campus, students are provided the facility to use various government owner stadium that is working effectively. Moreover we are the winners of many inter college sports events such as Cricket, Volleyball etc.

There is hostel for only girls in our college. The is two girls hostel, with best facility avalible. From what the hostel friends it could be found that it is really comfortable at the hostel. The is no discrimination between department in the hostel.

Senior help us in many ways, they are great supporters even after they had gone from the college. But there is a point that not all senior are similar. Only some maintain their connection with their junior. So it couldn't be effectively said that the alumni is efficient in maintaining the contact.

Through a statewide entrance exam conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination in 2016. The exam was named KEAM- Kerala Engineering and Medical Entrance Exam. I was allotted a seat in the General category.

When my college days started in 2016, we had enough faculty to support us in our department. But when years moved, the number of faculty reduced. And the people with the subject is less in number. So it is really hard to gain a communication with teachers regarding the subjects.
