My EKC

I got so many learnings from this campus. As positive and negative. But whatever it is my campus is a positive energy tank. Whenever i feel bad. I went to the campus. I really miss my college. Ernad knowledge city technical campus.

The college is affiliated under the university APJ Kalam Technological University (KTU). We are the first batch of this university. And suffer so many problems with it like course curriculum and exam structure. Course curriculum format like each semester have 6 subjects expect 8th semester (last semester, 4 subjects ). Each subject have 6 modules. Exams be like end of each semester and result will be published within 1/2 months.

In EKC college there is an active placement cell. Which provide so many placement drives and give instructions for the required job opportunities. Placements are provided for every engineering departments. Internship is provided by college. There are some students got placed through this opportunities.

EKC college is well known about the events which celebrated in college. The tech fest named VIBRANIUM. Also culture festival, sports festival and onam festival are celebrated in college. Also other programs conducted by the students if they are interested.

I think it’s feasible fee structure comparing with other colleges in kerala. Ernad knowledge city technical campus have feasible fee structure. Each department have different fee structure. For more details contact with college.

There are so many scholarships available from the first semester onwards. By keeping curriculum activities good u get these scholarships till 4th year. My friends who got Mohama scholarships till last year.

Also these extra curriculum activities are good enough there have good labs like computer lab, electrical electronic labs, mechanical labs , labs for civil department. They were good. Practical knowledge can get from these labs. Also sports like cricket, football and basketball etc are works on college.

Hostel have good infrastructure but my rating is 2 out of 10. No freedom in Hostel. Also food that provide from hostel sometimes very bad. There is so many restrictions like 6 pm is the last time to enter the hostel.

Hundred percent they are helpful. Senior brothers will lead us for the right way. In Ekc college seniors are program organizers. Also they give their maximum effort for their program grant success. Each senior batch gives different colors to the campus.

I got admission through the management seats. Also NRI seats and sports quota seats are available there. I met my friend who studied there. And he gives me the whole details about the college. Then I went to the college and take my admission in computer science engineering stream.

Faculties are good. In my experience faculties in EKC college, they were really good, friendly and also care about what their job is. I’m really happy with my teaching and non teaching staffs. Also they are well supportive.
